How we handle payments, payment information, AI-generated content and your data.

Secure Payments & Payment Information

All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure hosted checkout page, not on our website.
Quantum Career LaunchPad never receives, stores or has access to your full card number, CVC or expiry date. We keep only the references Stripe gives us (customer ID, subscription ID, plan, billing status and invoice links) to manage your plan.
Payment pages and our website are served over encrypted HTTPS connections.
Saved payment methods are held by Stripe and can be updated or removed at any time through the Manage Billing option on your Billing page.
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the Billing page.
Plan changes are prorated by Stripe. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Monthly optimization allowances do not roll over to the next period. Uploads, downloads and failed attempts are not counted.
Refund requests are reviewed individually. To request a refund or report a billing problem, email [email protected] with your account email and the invoice number.

Resumes, cover letters and analyses are generated with large language models. To produce them, your resume and job description text are sent to third-party AI model providers for processing.
We do not use your resumes or personal content to train our own AI models, and we do not sell your data.
The AI is instructed to use only the facts in your resume and profile. It must not invent employers, titles, dates, metrics, qualifications or skills.
AI output can still contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing every document before you use it. Fit scores and keyword matches are guidance only, not a prediction of any employer’s hiring decision or a guaranteed ATS result.
The app never submits job applications or sends emails to employers on your behalf. You always review and apply yourself.

Your data is private to your account. Other users cannot see your resumes, jobs or documents.
Passwords are stored only as secure one-way hashes, never in readable form. Sign-in sessions use signed cookies.
You can export your data at any time from Settings & Export, and permanently delete your account and data from Account settings.
We collect only what is needed to run the service: your account details, the resumes and job descriptions you provide, generated documents, usage counts and billing references.
Do not upload information you are not entitled to share, such as other people’s personal data.

Use the service only for your own legitimate job search or, on Enterprise plans, for authorized users in your organization.
Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, misuse the AI to create false credentials, or interfere with the service.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms as the service evolves, and the latest version will always be on this page.
